One appointment was received service at first appointment was very good

I was disappointed how long it took to get an appointment. 7 months from referral to be precise to first appointment. This was especially frustrating as my issues have been causing sleep deprivation which have been affecting my work performance.

If you have developed a triage criteria the department should consistently stick to it, otherwise it causes issues for staff and patients

I’m not sure the name of the nurse who helped us, who was obviously under pressure from lack of other staff available, but she seemed unflappable, kind and patient. Really great care.

Before I whent to phyiso, I had pain in my right groin. Also in my right hip, as my phyiso lesson's whent on I felt my pain slowly improving, that's why I gave the score I did.
